I am a 28 year old man and a sticky white liquid comes out from my penis whenever I strain myself to pass stools. It seems to me as semen and it happens every day whenever I pass stools. If it is semen, will it be harmful for me? Sometimes the liquid is transparent and sometimes it is white in colour with a constituency similar to semen. Please advise.

send your urine for analysis after such discharge from penis, if that shows sperms in it ,it is likely to be semen, there can be prostatic secretions, or infection.If it is infection related then pus cells will be elevated in the urine analysis. with this report you can visit a physician.
