As per my latest semen analysis report, I have nil sperm count. Please suggest any medicine to increase sperm count.

Repeat ur seman count after three days of abstinence and without spillage, from another good patho lab. If still it show no sperm, it's not possible to improve it by taking medicine. U have to go for assisted reproductive technology, to achieve fatherhood.
