so sad..all cud hv been prevented if he had gone to hospital at right time till the injury was reversible (4 and half hr frm time of acute stroke)..well nw the treatment is only symptomatic since dere is permanent damage to brain. he shud take his tablets regularly..he needs a person who cud take care of him regular physiotherapy cud return power to muscles till some extent if he keep sleepolin on bed all the time try to move him in wheel chair cz prolonged sleeping in same posrure cud cz bed sores it furthur increase morbidity if he cud swallow properly its gud if not he might need nasogastric tube and milk n fruit juicea cud b given through it he is dependent on family member u people shud take grat care of him nw on. c a neurologist if any new problem appears
