My son is of 3.5 years old. But could not speak complete sentence. But he calls Papa,Mummy, Aai Baba and different words. He repeat words which we told him. But at his age boys start speaking. I understand some kids are slow. We have to give him his own time But I want to be him talk so that he can atleast tell us when he is hungry or in pain.

It sounds more of echolalia and not meaningful words. I need to see him for his social and play development;attention and eating habits.You are right at his age he should be talking. Rest I can tell you after assessing him on all these areas. Regards Veethika Kapur
