I having speech and walking difficulty.can you suggest.it was all of a sudden in last one month.my handwriting is also become bad.

Seems like a case of CVA vascular in origin. Needs to be checked with a full neurological examination in person. Kindly visit nearest neurology specialist and get an NCCT brain done.
