Sir my Son is 2.8 years old ,still he is not speaking he only say papa ,mama sometimes but not regularly. I have heard many people's saying that I should feed goats tongue to my baby it will help him to speak . Is it true or it's a myth. What. Should I do I am very worried sir. I have also admitted him to play school
