  4. Speech delay. We can do in at home only.

My son is 2,8 year, he have speech delay max 10 words..he understands every thing. All alphabet all number..all command everything he do.. But don't speak..he uses sign language don't know how he learned that we try to discourage sign language.. can u pls help or suggest what we can do.. current situation we can't send him school.. whatever we can do in at home only..

Dont worry...sometimes child has delayed speech, try speech therapy...as hearing is normal there is no big problem...
Next Steps
will take upto 4 yrs age in some children..

Have patience, make sure to discourage anything he says using sign language and always tell him dat this is this thing dat you are asking. Need more interraction, decrease screen time and be more attentive
