I cannot speak clearly and i my 23 year old when i was child I can speak clear but when i start growing i face this speaking problem

Hello there. I can understand your concern. We need more history and need to examine you. You will not gain anything by taking homeopathy medicines because they never work. What they give you if basically just water and sugar pills. Get it checked out by a ENT specialist and a speech therapist. Best regards. Dr. Anil Kumar Jain. Bangalore.
