Hey I'm into lifting weights and being a student here in kota I don't have the time for making my own high protein food , so I was wondering if I could consume Raw nutrela soya chunks without any health complications? Thanks 🙏

Hi Soya bean is a good source of protein in particular if you are vegetarian and into body building. But you need to understand the amount of protein requirement as per your body weight and workout. Normal individuals need one gram protein perkg body wt per day. That will increase as per your workout schedule.
