Sound sensitivity and fear

Its been last aug 2020 since was suffering from sound sensitivity issue... Some sounds make me anixous and have fear towards them... And i can hear very mild sound also very clearly which also irrate me and give me anxiety... Mostly i got fear of both low pitch sound or high pitch sound like beground music base, machine sound, frige compresser sound etc etc any unkown sound which source i dont know also gives me anxiety.. I am takin medicine for it still it bother me... How can i can cure this can anybody advise...
