Sound in ear

This problem is for my father concern,From a beginning  this month April 2020 he is suffering rapidly buzzing and ringing sound in his both of the year.We went to the doctor the doctor told this is because of age Factor.Other than this my father blood test report says low level of haemoglobin RBC(10) and other WBC and platelets and all are is normal range.So what problem causes buzzing and ringing sound in his year.

Thanks for your question.The symptoms you are telling is called tinnitus ,may be because of symptoms of systemic disease or may be disease of ear itself associated with sensorineural nerve deafness or sometimes isolated tinnitus or may be because of external or middle ear pathology itself.Needs to be evaluated to come to a diagnosis.May require some investigations as well.
