Sotret 20mg for Acne

Hi , Doctor has prescribed me Sotret 20mg for acne and also counselled about the same . I am married for about 5 months now and I am also informed about planning pregnancy while intaking sotret. Is it safe to take this tablet as i am concerned about taking the tablet since I am worried that it would leave some effect while planning preganancy. Should I go ahead with taking this tablet.Pleasr advice.
