Tab Signoflam twice daily provided you aren’t allergic to it. Please show the nearest dentist as soon as possible. Could be a deep caries in one of your teeth, that is causing this unbearable pain.

Medication without examining is not advisable. You can help yourself with any pain killer which you usually take. Get an Xray of the tooth and proceed accordingly. If the cavity is deep and involving the pulp you can do the RCT and save the tooth. If the tooth is very much decayed without a scope for rct, extraction will be preferred.
