Hello Doc, I have scalp sores which aren't visible but when if i wash my hair and dry it, few flakes appear over the sore and get sticked to the hair. I often wash my hair thrice a week with khadi shampoo and use tresemme botique conditioner where both doesn't contain any sls and paraben. I facing this issue since 3 years in the same place behind. And also I've consulted a dermatologist where he gave me shampoo to use it for a month but it didn't work properly but the problem has increased.
