Soreness in body after workout

I have recently started working out. After a day of exercise, i have soreness in entire body. This prevents me from working out the next day. How do i avoid this ? Any good pain relief?

Its because of catabolism process in your muscles... Along with exercise,you have to take protein rich diet also... Consume proteins according to your body need

It's normal. After few days your body will get used to it. So you won't feel that much soreness or body pain. Drink ORS water 1 litre. Also Protein rich diet. Avoid taking any painkillers. Also don't exercise the same group of muscles the next day. They need to recover. Your gym trainer will guide you further.

That is normal post exercise. Pls ensure you do a proper warm up and cool down process too. Also keep urself well hydrated.
