Soreness and heavyness in breasts

I have been feeling soreness and heavyness in my breasts and nipples since the last 2 weeks. This aside I also seem to feel really itchy in my vagina almost always. I dont know if these are interlinked

Might b an infection.. Better to see a gynecologist. Not possible to answer your query without having a look.
