Sore vaginal skin before periods

I have been married for 8 months. Since marriage have this problem of vaginal infection. But now just a week before my periods my vulva gets very sore and little itchy. I am also taking probiotic ecoflora. How serious is my problem?

Both partners take treatment at time Azithromycin 500mg for 5 days 1 he before.food and.itivonazole 200 for 3days don't meet for 7 days
