I noticed small red pimple like lumps on flore of mouth and side of tounge...bitter mouth also...thorat pain andtounge pain also...i left tobacoo 3 months back...got check up done with ENT,dentist too...evrything is okk but from 3 days im hving above prob...plz help im worried...
