I have my tip of the tongue sore and painful for the last 5 days. It's not that painful often, but sometimes it burns and pains very much. Do i need to see a doctor?

The mouth is the mirror of the body. Many vitamin defeciencies have oral manifestations . Pls check clinicallly with a dentist to narrow down on the real cause and treatment
