My son is 9 months old and is having sore throat without any other symptom. He was having fever four days back... however got okay. From past two days, he is not eating food properly and has been cranky. He cries a lot.. such as I feel that sore throat is because of crying. He is yet to get his first teeth. Drooling happened few days back... but nothing as of now. No fever,, no drooling,, no heavy breathing,, no coughing,, remains okay when In arms.... cries otherwise . Pls help.

Question is why he is cranky Possibly still recovering from aftereffect of fever (?viral) which could mean body aches, sore throat, tiredness, lack of appetite
Next Steps
Teething pains also a possibility.
Health Tips
Can give paracetamol for a couple of days. Use cold teether. Watch out for any other symptoms like crying while passing urine or stool
