Already been 4 days on Augmentin 625 BD. Sore throat not improving,even its worsening why is to. Please help. Also low fever and severe pain while swallowing. Attaching the picture. Please help

Sore throat is little prolonged these days . Continue Augmentin , gargle atleast 5-7 times a day and take pcm 500 mg tds
Next Steps
Add tab pcm 500 mg tds Tab lcz 5mg 1Hs Betadine gargles Better diet . Increase hydration
