I have a sore throat ... well.  I'm drinking cardamom water in the morning because of the cough ... then I'm drinking cinnamon water .. Is there any problem? I have 6 weeks of pregnancy ...

As you have no fever , bodyache etc. alongwith , a  sore throat in this winter is common. Do Listerine (raw) gurgle 3/4 times a day with steam inhalation and Vit C 500mg daily. Avoid congested , closed rooms. If it still continues , get a Throat swab C/S with RT-PCR.

Take tab Montek Lc once daily at bedtime and plain water steam. Take rest, drink more water and healthy food
