I have sore throat and difficulty in swallowing and gulping from today morning . What medicine should i take plss suggest..

Tab pan-D 20 (1-0-1) before food 1week. Tab azithral 250(1-0-0)5days before food. Tab nicip-plus (1-0-1)3days.after Food. Syr ciplactin plus 5ml-0-5ml) Before food.2weeks.

to reduce the pain during swallowing do gargles with salt and disprin tab   and swallow the last 2+3 gargles
