Sore throat constant pain in left side

Constant pain in left side of cheek. Few days back I drank lot of cold drinks . Now due to cold , facial gland enlarged on left side only , constant pain . Eating pain killers and anti biotics- ZENFLOX-OZ , relief for 5 hours and then again pain is coming back. Kindly guide me .
