Sore throat, cold, fever and cough
I am having fever since 3 days, I am taking medication by my own, paracetamol twice in a day and today started one antibiotic by me own named as Cefakind 250mg. But now as it's three days, it seems I have viral fever. Need advice, I don't feel any chills and I am able to have good sleep over night. My fever never exceeded 101. It's normally between 99-101.
You seem to be suffering from viral fever and usually it will take atleast 3 to 5 days term resolve with symptomatic treatment. You can continue taking paracetamol up to four times daily and continue antibiotics. Consult nearby physician if your symptoms persist
