I am having throat ulcers, throat pain, mucus in throat(no coughing), problem in swallowing from yesterday. There seems to be gas problem as well.

Seems like pharyngitis. You need an Antibiotic - preferably Amoxicillin + clavilinic acid Three times a day for 3 days + saline gargles twice a day. Painkiller for Throat pain for easy swallowing. Antacids also needed to prevent stomach ulcer induced by pain killer
