Sore throat & hole like voids in mouth

I am feeling soreness in throat since 3-4 days with no fever or pain . But the hoareness create urge to cough always . While observing my mouth , I observed some voids in both ends of my mouth . I am concerned what do they signify . Are they linked to the problem am facing .

You can take a pain killer like dolo and cough syrup. You have tonsils . The elevation due to tonsil appears like a hole above.
