Sore on my tongue

I have a sore on my right side of my tongue looks like it has a scab or it’s infected. It’s been like it for 3 days now and not getting any better it hurts to eat, drink and swallow. Also on the rights side of the tongue I have what looks like teeth mark. I fort it would pass but it dose not seem to be getting any better. Many thank
