Sore in mouth wall near tonsil wall

I want to know why this sore came suddenly..its not painful and it doesn't pains but I am concerned what it is...its slightly large but not painful ! I am also diagnosed with GERD, ESOPHAGITIS

Hello GERD and esophagitis  both can cause soreness in Throat. It may be due to allergy or PND also. You need to take proper medicines and maintain good food habit and lifestyle. No need to worry.
