Sore brown scab on nipple

I’ve recently noticed a tiny brown scab on my nipple (2 days ago), it’s kind of on my areola and nipple, it hurts when I touch it. It’s like a dried scab but I can’t pick it because it’s so flat, I hope I’m making sense. I can’t feel a lump but it feel dry.

It's better you show to gynceologist or doctor. Cannot make out from your description. It's difficult to understand. Is there any breast milk secretion. Any lumps etc. Consult gynceologist
