Son 2 yrs Left leg not moving

My son have 2 years old. He is walking with difficulty from last one day. He is not moving the left leg properly and slightly dragging and observed no pain is there. He usually walk and run good. Don't know what's the problem. Is it the serious problem. Please provide ur suggestions.

Did he have history of acute sore throat in previous 2 weeks .( If yes .consult immediately to rule out acute rheumatic fever )
