Sometimes feel breathing problem

I have been having a problem swallowing saliva recently, when it comes to swallowing i feel like something closes up and i am then unable to breathe and get very dizzy my heart begins to beat very rapidly, and then it opens up so i can swallow. It happens very often i often feel faint when this happens.

It appears to be some psychological issue. Endoscopy may still be done to rule out organic causes.
