Have a feeling of something stuck in the chest . I had gastritis before had an endoscopy 2 months before which showed antral erosions and rut positive . I was given ppis for 15 days after which it was good but now suddenly I have started to feel it again. I have a lot of stress can this be a cause to flare up these symptoms or other is an underlying illness such as esophageal cancer or something

Unlikely to be esophageal cancer as you had an endoscopy just 2 months back. Probably related to reflux
