Hi doctor These patches are on my hand and leg It's more itchy on the hand Is it ringworm? Pls Help I'm scared what is this It's ring is raised to touch and the inside skin is very dry Pls help dr

This appears to b nummular eczema. Coin-shaped rashes or sores. With nummular dermatitis, coin-shaped rashes or sores appear on the skin. It may occur after an injury. Treatments can include lotions and bandages. Antihistamines can help with itching.  consult a Dermatologist for the same
