Something black from mouth

Hello Doctor. My mother (49) had vomit this morning.  Not exactly vomit. It was a little thick water but it was black. Also, she is having extreme dizziness and stomach pain. She has a past history of acidity but this black thing has never appeared before. I have attached photos of the same for better clarity. Please guide.
