I want to ask that how many consultations can be done by a doctor here (practically)
So that i can suggest this app to my brother.

It depends on the personality type. Usually 3 months required in which 1 weekly session required. So total 12 session on average to get stability on the current issue then you can continue with maintenance therapy- 1 session in 2-3 weeks then once in a month.
