Some  abnormal cbc parameters

I'm a patient of Emdometriosis and panic anxiety disorder. By taking dienogest for 2.5 years i control my endometriosis cyst and by time the cyst is decreasing in size [ RO cyst 1cm and LO cyst 3.5cm] For panic anxiety my doctor give me some blood test and med rexipro 5 mg. After taking this now I have no anxiety problem, i am almost normal.  Test report:  T3: 0.97 ng/mL [0.58 - 1.59] T4: 7.34 µg/dL [4.87 - 11.72] TSH: 1.68 µIU/ml [0.35 - 4.94] GLUCOSE FASTING PLASMA: 89 mg/dL[ 74 - 109] UREA:  13 mg/dl  Adult : [17 - 43] Newborn: [8.4 - 25] CREATININE: 0.59 mg/dl < 0.95 Cbc:  All parameters are normal except HAEMOGLOBIN: 13.7 gm/dl [11 - 14] TOTAL LEUCOCYTE COUNT: 12,000 /cumm [4000 - 11000] HCT: 43.2 Vol% [33 - 42] R B C: 5.01 millions/cumm [3.8 - 4.8] M C H C: 31.7 gm/dl [32 - 36] Neutrophils: 80 % [40 - 75] Lymphocytes: 17 % [20 - 40] Monocytes: 01 % [2 - 8] ESR: 30 mm [2 - 17] Now I'm worry about my some cbc abnormal parameters. Why it is not normal? Plz help

Hello, if u have infection then the total count will raises. Do u fever recently or any difficulty in passing urine. Consult doctor if u have any symptoms

Your test reports are okay - thyroid kidneys glucose are normal CBC- all are normal except for total wbc count and neutrophils and ESR-which are raised due to some sort of infection .these return to normal when ongoing infection subsides
