Dr. Sahab, Some times on my penis head when I open it skin, it show some light yellow dead skin or any thing else I don't know.( Picture attached) But it have some little itchiness when I have wear full day cloth. Is this anything to worry about. And what should I do to get rid of it? Kindly help sir. Thank you alot.

Hi Clean with mild soap and lukewarm water twice daily and pat it dry. If itching is persistent or there is burning  consult a dermatologist as it could be infection.
