Solitary pulmonary nodule in right lung

Good evening sir/mam I was suffered by heavy cough and cold past 2 months, due to resolved from covid +be, I took so many treatment but no still I am not cure. Finally I took CT scan in that focal peripheral subcentimetric nodular arispace opacity of size _5x5 mm noted in anterior segment of right upper lobe. Next wat I do , pls help me I want consult with you .
