I had an accident in January this year. I had a fracture on my l2-l3 spine plus soft tissue injury over my back and right hip. The fracture was healed completely, but soft tissue injury got partially healed. Recently, I had sex with my partner and noticed pain over my back where I had soft tissue injury. What do I do to heal my back now? Please tell.
