Soft palate injury

Hi , I injured my soft palate while brushing where the both jaw meets. It bleed there momentarily and then it stopped. But since then it pains there a lot sometimes and it is very uncomfortable to eat or drink especially something spicy. Please suggest what to do.

Hi. You could apply a small pea sized amount of hexigel on the are directly twice a day for the next 4 or 5 days. It will settle. Apply it about half an hour after brushing and don't eat anything for half an hour after applying. It just needs time .
