Hello, Having soar throat Since 16 April, situation not worsening as taking honey and steam on regular basis . Dry cough occasionally. No body ache , no fever , no running or blocked nose, No fatigue, heart rate usually around 85 BPM spo2 level 98% . Both parents vaccinated with first shot . What should be the next course of action. Should I go for covid 19 test or wait for few more days. Taking lots of fluid and also have taken B complex capsules once a day along with Azithromycin 500 mg once a day .
