Hi i have pain while swallowing started with nasal cavity through the throat. It increases in the night due to dryness... No cold, no fever, no cough. Can you please advise any prescriptions?

Hi , from your history can be throat infection. Need not have fever or any other associated symptoms initially . Better to have throat examination done or in meanwhile do salt water gargle and have analgesics for 3 days
