Doctor Kindly Can You Please Suggest a Good Soap and Shower Gel for Chapped Skin/Extreme Dry Skin. My Skin is Very Sensitive Also. My Whole Body Looks Like Ithiyosis/ Craked Skin.  So, Kindly Please Suggest.
