Can you please suggest me soaps that can be used for contact dermatitis? I am currently using keto cool soap.

Contact dermatitis means any allergy that develops after contact with a particular soap or detergent or metals...avoiding them will heal you completely... Derma dew,  sebamed soaps are good ones...
