I am facing problem of sneezing and Nose dryness and some time watery nose for last 3-4 months and notice that it is getting increased in last 1 month.

Hi Sneezing and watery nose is one of the most common problems which occur due to a result of nose and throat infections. The treatment includes anti allergic medications to prevent the same. Chronic watering of nose and sneezing indicates a infection of nasal sinuses. Please see a ENT surgeon for further evaluation and management.
