Every morning i get up i sneeze is that an allergy, what shall i do for that?, I also feel regular cough in my chest very offen.

Yes, you are right about it being allergy. The cough part makes me think that you might have asthma. But need more information before treatment to label as asthma. Meet a physician nearby who can investigate further.
