My baby is suffering from cold from last 3 days and she sneeze many times. There is a sound in her chest. She is 4.5 months old. I gave her wikoryl and moxikind syrup,But there is no relief. What to do?

Don't give any medication. Please. Just put nasal drops 4-5 times a day. She'll get better without medication soon. Sound in chest is actually a good sign. Don't over medicate a child this small youll fall in trouble later
