My 4 yr old son is having 2 issues in nose as follows 1. he sneezes when someone touches his nose or he is having face wash. He usually doesn't allow anyone to touch his nose. 2. In night his nose get blocked and one can easily listen noise when he breathes. He does not have this issue when he is awake. He does not have cold infection and he does not have runny nose. Don't know, why it is like that.. does he has injury ? Or does he have anything else.
