This is something what we call as allergic rhinitis or to be specific seasonal rhinitis.
Predisposing to this in a particular climate or place can be due to over exposure of the allergen causing the allergic symptoms more during that particular season or place.

1. To avoid the allergen if you have identified the cause is the best modality of treatment. however on view of difficulty finding the allergen , the best way to avoid these problems is to adequaty cover the nose using a mask or using a cloth or both so to maximally avoid any kind of dust entering into into the nose.
2. tab Allegra m two times a day for 15 days after food
3. tab duonase 2 puffs two times a day for 6 weeks
4. get a serum IgE level done to see if the level of allergic response , if its more than 300, you require serious precautionary measures to avoid dust or any allergen for that matter entering your nose.

1. While at home, cover your nose adequately while dusting and sweeping the floor.
2. if your surrounding is dusty or letting in too much of dust, make sure close windows avoiding dust entering the room.
3. Regularly soak the bedsheets and pillow cover in warm water for an hour and keep it for drying in warm sunlight for 1 hr
